Playing fetch is our Labrador’s favorite thing to do in the world and our doggydocks has made it a breeze for him to play fetch in the water.Because he is 12 years‐old with one good eye and an aging body, it was important to us that he had a way to get out of the lake safely. With doggydocks unique design, he paddles right up to the buoys, and using his natural paddling motion, he steps onto the board and is able to scamper right up. He learned to use it within five minutes and he is now the talk of the lake with passerby’s stopping to ask us where we got it.
We love the versatility of the doggydocks, too. It’s very easy to move from the dock to our boat. This allows us to take him with us for a day of boating.
When we tire of throwing the ball, he lays on the bottom section and knocks the ball into the water and entertains himself. We also don’t have to worry about him getting too hot while out on the boat as he can get in the water when he wants to cool off.
doggydocks have really enriched our pup’s life and ours, too. He goes absolutely nuts when we bring it out and it’s so satisfying to find something he loves this much. I am attaching some short videos that you are welcome to use for your website.

Dear PupGear We wanted to extend how happy we are with your doggydock creation and even better show you how happy our Sunny is with it too! I think the videos say it all . Our dogs are our family, everything we do revolves around them. Can't express how much joy they bring to our lives so we want to do the same for them by keeping them safe and healthy and letting them run, play, and do all the
things all doggies should do.
The doggydocks is definitely helping our Sunny. We lost her companion, our Riley on 12/28/21.  He had histolytic sarcoma. We are heartbroken and she is too. She looks for him and lays in front of the doggie door waiting on him all day. By getting her to the out of the house and to her favorite place, the water, and the doggydocks. It helps us all. So this thank you is for the fun we are having but most importantly the healing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Customer Service And Product

The dogs love our doggydocks because they can walk right into our above ground pool, it helps them be more confident going into the pool and not nervous that they can’t touch. Our 135 pound Great Dane is SO happy to have this amazing doggydocks that allows her to come on the boat and swim at the Sandbars in Ontario. doggydocks representatives were so helpful in guiding us to choose the right size dock for Georgia the Great Dane. Highly recommend this product.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love The Dock

This is an awesome product. If you have a dog that likes to jump off the dock, you need this! In the picture above, the dock is anchored to the dock with the quick release bolts and not the swivel block. I like the swivel block because when we pack up to go, I can take off the entire dock, bring it up to the house and hose off the algae and then store it safely in the garage. it takes seconds to replace it and my dog goes ballistic when he sees me carrying it out of the garage to the dock. It just took a couple of times to teach him to use it and a little trial and error as to the best positioning of the float bag under the dock (it is easier or more difficult for the dog depending on how big the dog is and the position of the float.) We are VERY happy with the purchase.

Before purchasing the doggydock for our boat, I researched all the different types of pet steps out there for months, and nothing could compare. We are so happy doggydock and would recommend it to anyone. And, Teresa was a great help sizing and answering all questions we had. Go doggydocks!

I have owned a doggydocks for four years now and can’t say enough on how this made landfall lake life for our fur family!!! They let be to see the board come out and know they will be playing in the water with ease! I recently called thinking I needed to upgrade and rather than just selling me a new one, they explained how I could extend due to it being a pontoon!! Our Golden is five now and still comes up with ease! I can’t recommend this enough! l And the dogs LOVE this dock! Best invention ever!!! Thanks for the great product and service!!!

We had our doggy dock for over 5 years and moved to a new house. We had purchased attachments that we weren't able to use at our condo but wanted to attach to the dock at our new house. The attachments were actually too big to fit over the opening of the doggy dock. I called the company and they sent me new ones without any questions even though it had been so long since our purchase!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Customer Service

We received the doggydock in August. So popular you need to order in advance. We use it on our dock in Lake Washington. We had no good access for dogs, just a people ladder. Our friends golden retriever took to it in about 3 minutes. We put grated cheese toward the end, threw his ball and he was all in and out. Class A product and very easy to install.

We bought our doggydock in 2014. I had many questions and all were answered quickly and efficiently. A few months later we purchased the swivel clamps but decided not to use them at the time. We moved in 2017 and decided to try the swivel clamps. We discovered they were slightly to big. I called and again Theresa answered the phone, looked up the purchase and immediately sent me a new smaller set even though I bought them 3 years ago! Will recommend this company to everyone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Customer Service

Cindy and I now have a 9 month Labradoodle and was looking for a solution to ease the burden of getting him back into the boat and hoped doggydocks would work and help introduce him to water play. Boy!, not only did it work.....it worked great and exceeded our expectations. The first time out it was like he had been using it all his life, not to mention the joy we felt from not having to pull him (or lift him) onto the swim platform. Only issue was I didn't read the instructions well and the part that said the stabilizers do not float (not sure how I could have missed it, as the notice is posted everywhere); however, the customer service was great and I had a replacement in no time. We definitely will be purchasing another one when needed as well as looking to the company for other products.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ HAPPY DOGS

My wife purchased the doggydock for our 2 Golden Retrievers in April prior to moving to Lake Havasu, AZ. We bought a house with a pool because of the HOT summers so the dogs could cool off. They love the doggydocks more than we can believe. My brother helped with the installation and did not locate it exactly as instructed and it came apart. I contacted the owner and sent pictures. She was very responsive and understanding of our situation. She sent some repair parts so we could fix the problem ASAP. I'm sure it's because she cares for the dogs and is a responsible business owner. We appreciate her compassion and if we ever need another dock for use on our boat we will purchase this product
again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ordering Our Second Doggydocks

Just ordered our second doggydocks. We have been using doggydocks for three years. Our dog loves his water ramp and learned to use it after chasing the ball into water only three times. We live on a saltwater canal and the doggydocks has held up great. They didn’t cut any corners making this product, the quality is excellent. The only reason we are ordering a second one is because our first one was stolen off our dock. Customer service is great too! I highly recommend this product to anyone who boats and has water dogs.PS. We will be securing our new one with a chain and lock :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ DOGGY HEAVEN

I have been a customer since 2008. I have three (3) furry grandchildren that absolutely love our doggydocks. I just reordered a new one (this will be my fourth). Besides my own Golden (Mazee), they all wait at the pool deck gate. When we open it up, they all go single file with Mazee in the lead, of course, after all it is HER pool. We have a 16' x 32' pool with a 10-foot deck at one end and it is the best thing ever. We mount it permanently to the deck, only to be removed when the pool gets closed in the fall. Thank you for this wonderful invention from all the furry friends that use it at our house. Watching them having such a great time is better than any show on television!!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dock In Pool

We love the dock. It helps in keeping the dogs off the liner on the pool. One of our Springer’s has hip dysplasia on all his joints so it makes it much easier for him to get out of the water. He also loves to stand on the dock and let it sink. It has lasted a long time and with the swivel cleat it is much easier to get in and out of the pool.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We Love Our Doggydock

Angel, my canine baby, LOVES swimming. The in-ground pool is really for Angel who can easily spend the day in the backyard swimming and playing. You would never know it when you see Angel play, however, he has both torn an ACL and ruptured a disc in his spine. With lots of Mommy love and great care from his orthopedic surgeon, Angel resumed all his favorite activities within a few weeks after each surgery. However, I wanted to make sure that Angel had a safe way to enjoy his favorite summer activity. Thankfully we found doggydocks. It was easy to install and Angel felt comfortable on it immediately. Even though Angel is still free to jump in the pool and use the stairs to get out, he really prefers his
doggydock. Thank you for making such a great product and being a part of our family fun.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Small Dogs Love Doggydocks Too!

I have a 12 lb Jack Russell, Dolly, that LOVES to join us in the lake for some float time! Before doggydocks, someone always had to be on the pier to pick her up out of the water! (Handle on the back of her float vest is a brilliant idea). Now, I have to be sure her vest is on before I attach the doggydocks, because once it hits the water, she is the first one in! It stores nicely under out diving board when not in
use. I also purchased the swivel cleat for easy attach/detach! Being that Dolly is only 12lbs, I haven't had to make any adjustments to secure doggydocks to the pier in addition to the cleat!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Doggydocks

We have two energetic Boykin spaniels. For those not familiar with the breed, they are chocolate colored spaniels that originated in South Carolina. These dogs are very high energy and with unbelievable stamina. We have a beach cottage on a salt marsh creek on the coast of North Carolina.

The dogs love to dive off the dock, retrieve, and just swim for fun. Until we got the Doggydock, the only way onshore was through black pluff mud swamp-mast, smelly, sticky stuff. The dogs now climb up the dock and are wet only. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add some treads to the carpet covering, as there are times when the tide is so low, that they have difficulty climbing a steep ramp despite the extension.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to Use

We have 2 standard schnauzers. One likes to stand in the middle on the ramp, blocking it, just standing partway in the water and looking around. His brother, impatient to get into the water will try to rush him, jump over him and end up doing a dive into the water. They like the ramp, but they would feel more secure on it if it was a little wider. But the ramp has made getting them into and out of the water
so much easier from our dock.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐  Doggydocks For Our Above Ground Pool...............Wow!

We have had our doggy dock for a month now for our 4' x18' above ground pool and could not be happier. The only one happier is our 1 year old puppy who uses it every day! She is a 32-pound Lagotto Romangolo water retriever and loves the water and has plenty of puppy energy. She launches herself into the air from the end of the doggy dock to retrieve her water toys and easily returns them to the top of the dock for another launch.She gets out of the water with ease using the dock so not only does this save precious energy for even more launches but we now know if there ever was a time she accidentally got in the pool herself she has a way to get out on her own which gives us tremendous peace of mind. Thank you for such a great product, we love it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Fun For My Now

We are just starting our third summer with our doggydock. Why we bought it... we have a lab and another mutt who love the water. Our lab just jumps right in, a foot and a half down into the water, with no way out. We were going to build a ramp or stairs, but a neighbor showed us his doggydock. I was very impressed with how his dog could use it. After installing it, it took only about three times to teach our lab how to exit using the doggy dock. He took a few weeks to realize approaching always from the end was the best method. Our lab LOVES the doggy dock. Now that he is old, he doesn't jump in the water anymore, but runs back to us and between the spot where we place the doggy dock, to tell us to set it up.. (he is saying. NOW NOW NOW DOGGY DOCK NOW MUST SWIM).Our mutt doesn't like to swim but he loves to sit on the doggydock and take drinks and bat at the water with his paws. I feel if the lake had less boat traffic, and the doggy dock bounced less, Mr Mutt would swim a lot more. But being a scaredy cat.. well, that is just his personality. Would I buy another Doggy Dock? Absolutely YES! And I Would recommend it to anyone too.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ High Desert Dock Dogs Gives This Product 5+ Stars

Dear PupGear,
The High Desert Dock Dogs (H3D) club has been using the doggydocks for practice sessions. We though you would like some feedback. Since July 4, the doggydocks has been used at least 3 times a week during the H3D 4 hour dock jumping practices. That is 84 hard working hours. During these sessions, we have averaged 14 or more dogs jumping an average of 10 jumps each. That's 980+ jumps!!! The H3D dogs range from 20 pounds up to 90 pounds, dry. The doggydocks did an outstanding job of servicing our club and everyone has given it a 5-star rating!!! Many club members have fielded dozens of questions about acquiring your product and we have directed them to your website. In fact, we are asking the sailing club, that is allowing H3D access to their docks, for use of another dock area where we can train new members to our club. Once we have that approval, H3D will be coming back to you for a second doggydocks. Please let H3D know if you need any kind of endorsement letter sent to anyone thinking about your product. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lifesaver!!!

Hi, Last year I installed a doggydocks in my pool and my two doxies who don't like swimming were gently taught to swim from the center of the pool to the dock. They hadn't fallen in -- until this morning. Both pups like to lean over and watch leaves or whatever float past. They really look like they're going to fall in. The littlest one (who really hates the water) must have fallen in and managed to get herself out because she came into the house shivering and soaking wet and not very happy. But I'm happy! Our swimming lessons worked. And she's still with us!!!Thanks.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Aussies Go Swimming

I have 3 Aussies that love to swim I bought them a 9x18' Pool. This Doggydocks ramp is a saving grace I tried several different ways to get them in and out of the pool safely but could not find anything until I bought this Doggydock ramp omg it is perfect for them plus my one dog just likes to hang out on it and
stand half in the water. I don't have a clean lake close by to take them to but with this ramp it is like walking in and out of a lake and Swiftie can just HANG OUT!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Couple of Issues

The doggydocks is sturdy and wide and has a decent surface for traction. I had an
issue with the Snap Bag floatation. It kept coming loose. I added bungee cords to secure floats. It also becomes very steep. I added a floatation cushion. My dog is a 2-year-old strong lab who duck hunts in the most severe conditions, he likes it now that I made these adjustments.

doggydocks® Team Response:
From what you are describing, it sounds like the distance from the dock to the water is greater than 18'' and to maintain a slope of 12 degrees you should be using an extension Kit. We use Stainless Steel Fasteners mfg by Scovill, on the Snap Bag Flotation. Even though they are a premium quality fastener, if the doggydocks is being forced more than a 14% angle, it will create vacuum or suction when it rises and that could pull the SnapBag away from the board. Please call our office to discuss the issue you are having and so we can determine the cause and make sure you are 100% happy with our product.
